I create highly detailed mosaic artwork using a combination
of hand-cut stained glass and delicate glass beads on wood substrates. Though
my artistic journey has spanned several mediums, I consistently return to
mosaics. For me, the medium is a metaphor: it is the deliberate act of taking
tiny, broken, or seemingly insignificant fragments and assembling them into a
cohesive, beautiful whole—much like how isolated moments of struggle in life
gain meaning when viewed through a complete lens over time.

My process is deeply tactile and meticulous. Often beginning
with an acrylic underpainting to establish bold depth and tone, I
"paint" with glass, using tweezers and precision tools to place each
individual bead and cut fragment. This painstaking attention to placement
creates fluid lines, rich shading, and dynamic light play. Through my work, I
hope to inspire viewers to look beyond traditional mosaic techniques and
consider how patience, persistence, and unconventional approaches can transform
small pieces into extraordinary visual experiences.
